On the first Thursday of each month, and on the second or third Saturday (2025 dates below), one of our volunteer guides will lead a “Seasonal Observations walk”. (Please note that in May it is the 4th Saturday to coincide with our Botanic Garden Week Celebrations)

Join the guide for a free walk around the garden, checking plants that are fruiting and flowering at that particular time, usually at least 30 of them.

Meet at 10:00 am just inside the entrance of the botanic garden. 
There is no need to book. 
There is no charge but you may like to make a donation to the garden. 
Please note that this is a walking tour taking about an hour and a half.

Please bring water, a hat and apply sunscreen and insect repellent.
