Art in Bloom: Ikebana Workshop

Art in Bloom is a new project at the Botanic Garden, inviting people of all ages to connect creatively with nature.

Our first workshop is Ikebana, the Japanese art of flower arranging, with local Ikebanist and teacher Shan Sun.

Practising ikebana is a contemplative journey, inviting individuals to connect with the essence of each plant and the environment around them. This workshop is for children age 10+, teens and adults.

When: Sunday 3^rd May

Where: Nature Discovery Centre at the Coffs Harbour Botanic Garden (ask for directions at the garden shop).

Age: Children age 10+ to adults

Cost: $10 per person
